Q: How long until I receive my order? 

A: Total time is typically 5-12 business days for US orders (2-5 days production + 3-7 days shipping).

Q: Can I cancel my order? 

A: Contact us immediately at mandy@fanofhumanity.com. If production hasn't started, we can cancel and refund. Once production begins, we cannot cancel.

Q: What if my item doesn't fit?

 A: Please check our size charts before ordering. Due to custom production, we cannot exchange for size preference, but we'll help if there's a defect.

Q: How do I know my donation was made?

 A: We provide regular impact updates on our website showing total donations. Every purchase automatically triggers a donation.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes

Q: Are your products eco-friendly? 

A: Our print-on-demand model reduces waste by only producing what's ordered. We're committed to using products that are made from  sustainability practices.
